I Love Maquillaje no sólo ofrece un servicio rápido y profesional, sino que, en caso de surgir algún problema con el envío, se esfuerza por solucionarlo poniéndose en contacto con el cliente, e incluso proporcionándole alternativas. Estoy muy contenta con esta tienda.

me ha decepcionado un poco, pensaba que funcionaria mejor y facilitaría el alisado, pero para mi gusto es demasiado lento ya que tienes que darte varias pasadas lentas para que se vayan las ondulaciones y se ve de una calidad media/baja, aunque por 15€ que es lo que he pagado, tiene un pase.

Un buen pack para estrenarse con la marca, aunque he visto alguna combinación de 4 que me gustaba más. En este, no acabo de ver la punta a la hidratante con spf15.... tiene un brilli-brilli horroroso!!!! El exfoliante y la mascarilla muy bien. El limpiador, me lo esperaba tipo gel (esto me pasa por leer en diagonal) y resulta que es textura crema, que inicialmente de la impresión que te pringas la cara, pero tras aclarar queda bien. Lo mejor es que lo uso en la ducha por las mañanas (que hay poco que limpiar tras la noche) y por primera vez no salgo de la ducha con sensación de tirantez....

Incluso mejor de lo que esperaba por este precio. Brochas muy suaves pero consistentes, con buena cantidad de pelo que no se pierde durante las limpiezas. La única pega es el fortísimo olor a plástico del estuche cuando lo abrí, pero ese olor no se ha quedado en las brochas, así que he podido usarlas mientras el estuches iba perdiendo el olor

Acabamos de revisar la contestación de la compañera que te atendió y no entendemos tu malestar. Te copio nuestra contestación
"Pues en realidad es mejor porque así tiene la forma de la pestaña, lo puedes enderezar con los dedos si lo prefieres recto, si no te vale de ninguna de las dos maneras lo podemos sustituir por otro recogiendo ése."
Tu problema era que el alambre del cepillo estaba doblado, efectivamente el producto se vende con ese alambre recto, pero es un truco de maquillador doblar un poco ese alambre para darle la forma de la pestaña, es lo que ha intentado explicarte mi compañera, también te dió la opción de cambiar el producto si lo creías oportuno. Creemos sinceramente que la solución que te dimos fue correcta, y la forma en la que se dirigió mi compañera a ti también, en cualquier caso, si no se ha entendido bien la respuesta te pedimos disculpas, espero que con esta aclaración puedas entender mejor lo que quisimos decirte en el email.

Pedí el starter kit de pestañas de ardell que venía con un pegamento y un 'remover' de tamaño pequeño y como faltaba el pegamento me dijeron que me darían uno de tamaño real de la misma marca, así que más que encantada.
