Los productos que llegaron eran exactamente lo que pedí, y su estado era excelente. Llegó en el tienpo estimado, los gastos de envío me parecieron justos (nada excesivo como muchas otras tiendas similares). La compra me pareció en general excelente, inmejorable. Muchas gracias!

Bastante efectivo, cumple lo que promete, deja el pelo suave, y mucho mas fácil de peinar. También lo alisa un poco (ya que tiene un derivado del formol), a mi me ha secado un poco las puntas, supongo que durante la aplicación, por lo que recomiendo pasar menos veces las planchas por ahí. Por la relación calidad-precio esta bastante bien los resultados son similares a los obtenidos en peluquerias por un coste mucho mas elevado; con lo que viene da para dos aplicaciones. Volvería a comprar.

Me comenta mi compañera después de comprobar tu pedido que el color que has solicitado es Nuit, es decir, el azul, por lo tanto no hay error por nuestra parte, el negro es el tono Noir, no obstante me confirman que ya te han escrito un email con más detalles.

Lo primero gracias por tener la opcion de pagar contrareembolso, se agradece y mucho. El pedido me ha llegado super rapido y en muy buenas condiciones, por cierto, gracias por los caramelos de regalo. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega no me gusta que las instrucciones de los productos vengan en ingles porque no me entero, pero gracias a la factura se para que sirve cada producto. El spray para fijar el maquillaje me parecio algo pequeño. Por lo demas no puedo decir mucho ya que todavia no he probado nada.
