De verdad que nos apena muchísimo leer esto. La experiencia que describes no es para nada el tipo de atención que queremos dar en nuestra farmacia. Nos tomamos muy en serio cada comentario y que te hayas sentido juzgado/a y mal atendido/a nos preocupa enormemente.

Tienes toda la razón: los farmacéuticos estamos para ayudar, asesorar y dar un servicio profesional, siempre con respeto y sin ningún tipo de prejuicios. Lo que cuentas es una situación inaceptable que no refleja los valores ni el estándar de calidad que buscamos.
