Compre una crema el dia 28 de junio y pagué la entrega de 24 h con correos express, el dia 2 ( estando en mi casa ) me llega un mensaje diciendo que no han podido cntactar conmigo y que ha sido imposible la entraga. Informa a la farmacia y se lavan las manos porque es un tema de reparto. Hay mucha s empresas de reparto eficientes y ustedes eligen la que más problemas da, es su responsabilidad.
Conclusión ¡¡ llego a un cumpleaños sin regalo y me dejan el paquete el dia 4 en una tienda a la que tengo que pagar 0.5? por recoger mi paquete.
Nunca mas ParafarmaciaOnline,¡¡¡ y Correos Express sigue siendo un desastre

Efectivamente era de 24/48h, si compro el día 28 de junio y lo recibo el día 4 ( 3 para usted ) sigue sin cumplirse el plazo POR EL QUE PAGUE SUPLEMENTO y que ustedes ofertan. La entrega la realizaron en una panadería cerca de mi casa sin mi autorización porque en mi casa había gente esperando, simulan entregas fallidas, además de pagar y esperar la entrega se rien de ti diciendo que te han podido localizar o que no atiendes el telefono. Ustedes no son responsables? Por supuesto, es su pagina en la que compré.

Nos gustaría aclarar algunos detalles respecto a la entrega:

En nuestra web, la entrega con Correos Express se indica como 24/48 horas, no estrictamente 24 horas. Aunque este plazo no se cumplió exactamente en su caso, es importante precisarlo.

Según la información de seguimiento del envío, la entrega figura como realizada el 3 de junio, y no el 4, como usted menciona.

Finalmente, su compra se realizó el sábado 28 de junio. Dado que ni sábados ni domingos realizamos recogidas de mercancía, su pedido fue enviado el lunes. Esta información puede ayudar a comprender mejor los plazos y evitar la percepción de un retraso mayor.

En cualquier caso, reiteramos nuestras disculpas, especialmente por tratarse de un regalo de cumpleaños.

Por otro lado, hemos tomado nota de la incidencia y estamos verificando el asunto del pago de 0,50?, ya que es algo de lo que no tenemos conocimiento ni constancia.
