La atención al cliente inexistente ahora. Deben disfrutar vacaciones, y en pleno siglo XXI con los estándares actuales de venta debieran comunicarlo a los clientes antes para que no se vean con un equipo que no funciona y sin respuesta del servicio técnico (arreglo) ni comercial (cambio). Bien lo hubiese comprado con antelación, tras el verano, o en otra tienda.

Mi anterior compra fue excelente. Esta, mala experiencia. PC Elite no avisa previamente del cierre por vacaciones, por lo que ahora me veo con un equipo recién adquirido que tarda 12 minutos en arrancar y llevo casi 1 semana esperando respuesta del servicio técnico y del departamento comercial. Me apena porque he recomendado esta tienda a mucha gente. Todos debemos disfrutar vacaciones... Y sería deseable comunicarlo previamente al cliente para que decida conociendo el riesgo, porque en mi caso no lo hubiese comprado, al menos en esas fechas.
