Todo fue perfecto (como he puesto en la reseña de google), me atendieron con mucha cordialidad y con eficiencia, me indicaron lo que necesitaba y me resolvieron rápidamente cualquier duda, en cuanto al producto va muy bien (hasta ahora) y es lo que me hacía falta y el envío llegó en su tiempo, a las 48 horas. En la descripción del producto para realizar la compra indica que la velocidad del procesador es de 3.2 GHZ (indican velocidad media) cuando en realidad es de 2.9GHZ (velocidad mínima). De haber indicado la mínima, hubiera adquirido otro ordenador más potente.
Por todo lo demás perfecto.

Ni un rasguño exterior, funciona estupendamente y por dentro parece nuevo. Una gran compra si necesitas un PC para ofimática y navegar por Internet, sin exigencias en cuanto a gráficos.

Llegó bien embalado, en 4 dias. Tuve algún problemilla al encender pero me puse en contacto con ellos y enseguida me dieron instrucciones para solventarlo. Llevo unos días utilizándolo y va como un tiro. Muy contenta con la compra.

El ordenador llego bien embalado y en un tiempo razonable. Tuve algún problemilla al encender pero me puse en contacto con ellos y enseguida me enviaron instrucciones para solventarlo. Buena atención al cliente. Estoy probándolo unos días y es bastante rápido.

Envío rápido, perfectamente embalado y protegido.
El ordenador va muy rápido y al tener el Windows instalado puedes trabajar desde el primer momento. Externamente está muy bien, apenas tiene marcas de uso.
Esperemos que use porque para mis necesidades están cubiertas de sobra con este producto

Respecto al ordenador, va muy bien, rápido, con Windows instalado para trabajar con el desde el primer momento y en muy buen estado.

Tardaron bastante en contestar por Whatsapp, aunque es posible que fuera por las nevadas. El paquete llegó en bastante mal estado, pero el interior venía muy bien protegido. El ordenador y la pantalla llegaron sanos.

Todo correcto gracias. Faltaría incluir la posibilidad de cambiar el teclado y ratón con cable por unos sin cables, aunque fuera con un incremento de precio. Según la persona que me contestó por Whatsapp, no se podía.
