Hola Silvia, gracias por haber confiado en nosotros para realizar su compra.

En cuanto a lo que nos comenta, vamos a tomar nota de ello y vamos a indicar en la descripción del producto el tamaño del perrito. Tenemos puesto el tamaño de la toalla que es de 20x20 por lo que no da para que el perrito sea de mayor tamaño, lo sentimos.

En cuanto a la incidencia que comenta, le pedimos disculpa y le informamos que tenemos un departamento de posventa donde usted puede y deber informar cualquier incidencia que haya tenido con su pedido en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales desde que recibe el pedido, le darán varias soluciones a su problema y podrá elegir que solución le conviene más.
