Todo genial, realicé el pedido com muy poco margen y el equipo se portó genial, lejos de poner inconvenientes, en todo momento ofrecían solución para que todo estuviese listo en el plazo indicado. El producto personalizado y de muy buena calidad. Muchas gracias, sin lugar a dudas totalmente recomendable.

Estoy muy contenta con pequeños detalles, pero no tanto con la empresa que gestiona el envío. No me pusieron ninguna facilidad para la entrega y después de tres intentos tuve que ir a recoger el paquete a la sede de la empresa en un polígono industrial.

Tuve dudas al respecto de los productos antes de comprarlos y las resolvieron enseguida. El pedido llegó en perfecto estado. Además, requerí mas regalos en ultimo momento y me lo solucionaron de forma eficaz y rápida, no pusieron ninguna pega, todo facilidades. Sin duda, cuando vuelva a necesitar detalles para algun evento será en Pequeños Detalles donde los compre. Muchas gracias.
