No ha cumplido mis expectativas.
Esperaba una excell que me relacionara por orden todas las acciones con su titular y que me hiciera un resumen por titular en el que aparecieran la numeración de las facturas. Totaliza el número de acciones pero no las que son.
Es muy básico, donde prácticamente solo se lleva un mayor de cada socio.
Al no hacer lo que buscaba no puedo hablar del funcionamiento puesto que no lo he usado.

Lamentamos que la plantilla no haya cumplido sus expectativas.
Queremos aclarar que en la ficha del producto se incluye un vídeo explicativo de más de 3 minutos en el que se muestra paso a paso qué hace la plantilla, cómo funciona y cuál es su alcance. Además, la plantilla reproduce el modelo oficial del Libro Registro de Socios exigido por el Registro Mercantil.

Por tanto, el contenido y funcionalidad del archivo son exactamente los mostrados y descritos antes de la compra. Entendemos que quizá esperaba una herramienta distinta (por ejemplo, de análisis o resumen avanzado de participaciones), pero en ese caso se trataría de un uso diferente al previsto para este modelo, cuyo objetivo es cumplir con el formato legal de registro, no realizar informes personalizados.

Aun así, agradecemos su comentario, que nos ayuda a valorar posibles ampliaciones o modificaciones futuras del producto.

He realizado recientemente la compra de unas plantillas y puedo decir que cumplen perfectamente con mis necesidades. Me parecen muy prácticas, intuitivas y fáciles de usar (user friendly), lo que facilita mucho el trabajo diario. Aunque aún no he tenido la oportunidad de utilizar el servicio de atención al cliente —ya que mi compra es reciente— confío en que será claro y oportuno. Definitivamente recomendaré estos productos a mis contactos y conocidos, ya que considero que son una herramienta de gran utilidad para profesionales y emprendedores.
