Muy rápido, pero yo quería las cuentas del último ejercicio fiscal (mar18/feb19) y me mandaron las del ejercicio anterior que ya las tenía. Su servicio de atención al cliente me explicó que el registro no entiende cuando no es el año natural y que aunque estén registradas si no están escaneadas no están disponibles para su servicio.
Me hubiese gustado que me hubieran avisado antes para no tener que pagar por algo que ya teníamos.

Estimado cliente lo que le hemos enviado es el informe que manda el Registro de Bienes Muebles Central y en el se indica que el vehículo no tiene cargas anotadas en este Registro y adjuntan información de la Dirección General de Tráfico que dice que hay un embargo a favor de la Agencia Tributaria, para tener más información sobre este embargo tendría que pedir el informe del vehículo a la Dirección General de Tráfico. Nosotros no emitimos los informes, nos limitamos a solicitar y enviar la información de organismos oficiales, por lo tanto, no es culpa nuestra que no se indique la cantidad del embargo. La verdad que no estaba muy segura, había leído las opiniones y todas decían que en menos de cuatro horas de haberla solicitado la tenían.Pago seguro con Sabadell y la verdad hice la petición a las dos del medio día y a las dos horas sobre las cuatro ya tenía la nota simple en el Gmail, muy buen servicio me mandaron tres correos uno de confirmación de la petición y otro del estado del pedido mandando un número de atención al cliente por si había algún problema. Muy contenta
