Hice el pedido online y tras no haber recibido noticia un mes después de haber hecho el pedido online, tuve que llamar varias veces para ver qué había pasado con mi pedido. Finalmente pude pasar a recoger mi pedido un mes y una semana después, todo esto teniendo todos los productos en stock según su web.
También deberían especificar que la malta no viene molida. Ya que he tenido que enviar la malta a Gran Canaria para poder molerla porque en Prodel no tienen ese servicio.
A parte de eso, la atención de la chica que me atendió tanto telefónicamente cómo en la tienda de Tacoronte fue bastante buena.

En resumen, buen producto, buena atención y buenos precios; pero falta de eficacia e información en pedidos online. También estaría bien que ofrecieran servicio de molienda de grano.
