Estoy contenta con las dos compras que os he hecho y con la variedad de productos que ofrecéis. Las hierbas e inciensos me encantan y los productos siempre han llegado rápido y empaquetados con mucho cuidado.
Nunca he contactado con el servicio de atención al cliente, así que no puedo opinar sobre él.
Por daros una sugerencia, hecho en falta en la web saber quién está detrás de esta tienda online. Supongo que elegís privacidad y lo comprendo pero a mí, cuando compro este tipo de productos, me gusta saber quiénes son las personas que lo están haciendo posible, quiénes ungen las velas que voy a prender. Si elegí esta tienda, fue porque me gustan los textos de la web, cómo explicáis las cosas y desde qué lugar trabajáis; para mí es muy importante saber a quién estoy comprando según qué cosas, por eso siempre he echado en falta un quiénes somos, que igual está en algún lugar y yo no lo he visto. Gracias por vuestro trabajo! Un abrazo.

Me gustan muchos vuestros productos pero compre el ritual rompe Uniones que viene con dos velas atadas a una cinta roja y trae también dos cerillas ..un pegarmino unas hierbas y una oracion pero hay que encender las velas y decir 6 veces la oración y cuando las velas vayan llegando a la cinta roja hay que apagarlas con un soplido muy fuerte pero después no dice que se hace con el resto que quede de las velas y las hierbas
