Apreciada Srta. Castillo:
Nos sorprende enormemente su comentario y su actitud. Por desgracia, aquí en las respuestas no podemos adjuntar pantallazos, pero sabe Ud perfectamente que su pedido con REF VHARKQWME contenía 3 artículos (1 paquete Hierbas desatrancadera, 1 paquete hierbas espantadiablo y 1 agua bendita).
Nos contactó por Whastapp porque no encontraba las hierbas en la caja; le indicamos que estaban dentro de una bolsa de plástico, junto a nuestra tarjeta. Nos contestó afirmativamente y luego aun nos preguntó cómo usar dichas hierbas (y, lógicamente, le volvimos a contestar).
Dejamos su opinión aquí para que sean el resto de clientes que juzguen por ellos mismos sus argumentos (totalmente infundados).
