El producto bueno para el precio que tiene,quizás me gustaría que tuviera más variedad. Me gusta la información que viene con cada producto y la rapidez de envío. Lo único que no me gustó fue una pulsera de cristal rosa con mano de Fátima que la bolita con cristales se ven mal pegadas en blanco. Por lo demás todo genial

De momento mi pedido todo y la proximidad de la empresa en cuanto a mi ubicación de entrega, no ha llegado.

Nos sorprende tu reseña ya que, en primer lugar, tu pedido (realizado el 2 de enero) se entregó al día siguiente (elegiste transporte urgente). Casualmente, lo llevó personalmente un miembro de nuestro equipo, dada la proximidad a sus quehaceres diarios.
Paralelamente, tampoco nos consta ningún contacto tuyo acerca de problemas con el pedido, lo que hace especialmente sorprendente esta queja DIECISIETE días después de tu compra.
Imaginamos que se trata de una confusión con cualquier otro pedido (en dicho caso sería de agradecer que modifiques el contenido de tu opinión). Si tienes cualquier otro problema, puedes contactarnos vía web, email, teléfono o Whatsapp y aclararemos cualquier incidencia.
