Hola buenas, sinceramente creo que los palosantos me llevé una decepción pues parecían de niño pequeño, cuando yo la otra vez eran grandes, además considero qué ya qué pago el envío, el paquete dejaba mucho qué desear, creo qué causa mala impresión a la gente la forma en qué vienen los productos, sino comparen con otros envíos de otras empresas. Buenas tardes, Sr. Martínez:
Antes que nada, lamentamos que no haya quedado satisfecho con su pedido. No nos consta ninguna comunicación interna en la que haya mostrado su disconformidad con la compra (como bien sabe, pues nos conoce de hace ya tiempo, estamos siempre dispuestos a atenderles ya sea por email, teléfono o Whatsapp).
Al margen de eso, lamentamos su disconformidad con el palo santo (que hace más de 5 años que es del mismo proveedor), y entendemos que los palos de incienso son irregulares y, en algunas ocasiones, unos puedan salir más grandes o pequeños.
En cuanto a los gastos de envío que "Usted tiene que pagar" -como indica en su reseña-, todos nuestros clientes, y como pasa en TODAS las empresas, pagan gastos de envío. A pesar del gasto que el transporte supone, estamos siempre encantados de asumir por cuenta propia los gastos de envío en cualquier pedido que -con destino a Península- supere los 60€. Comenta en su reseña que "el paquete dejaba mucho que desear"; créanos... ns encantaría saber a qué se refiere. Si se refiere a cajas y/o follletos customizados está claro que, ni ahora NI NUNCA, hemos ofrecido esta particularidad, entre otros motivos porque, al contrario que sí hacen otras empresas, no queremos cargar a nuestros clientes el sobrecoste que ello comporta.
Por último, deseamos sinceramente que, al margen del palo santo, el resto de los 7 productos (más un octavo de regalo) que venían en su pedido hayan sido de su agrado.
