Los productos que vende esta web me sorprendieron gratamente por su calidad, tienen variedad y cuentan con artículos que puede ser difícil conseguir en otro sitio.
Los métodos de pago están bien, yo elegí pagar en tienda y elegí la tienda más cercana a mi domicilio, lo malo es que no me gustó mucho el servicio de la dependienta, parecía no enterarse de nada y de hecho iba a comprar otro producto más pero viendo que para ella parecía una complicación decidí pagar el pedido web y marchar. He realizado un nuevo pedido pero esta vez lo recogeré en otra de sus tiendas K-pell, me mandaron un correo con una contraseña que podría utilizar como 10% de descuento y luego al introducirlo ponía que ese código descuento no existía, aún así continúe con el pedido.

EN CONCLUSIÓN: hay margen de mejora

Aún no la he probado pero decepcionada porque uno de los sobres hay que aplicar el secador de cabeza y no tengo, debería ponerse en la web para que los particulares no lo compremos.

Hola Rosa Maria, muchas gracias por tu compra en nuestra tienda.
Con respecto al mismo comentarte que no es necesario utilizar el secador, simplemente aplica el producto y déjalo actuar por unos 7 minutos. Puedes ponerte el gorro térmico para que el producto coja un poco de calor y optimizar su efecto, pero éste no es imprescindible. El producto se aplica como una mascarilla y es a tu elección aplicar calor o no.
