Buenas tardes. Está bien que me hagáis esa pregunta. Cuando fui a poner los retenes se deshicieron en mis manos. Es una goma o muy dura o Está pasada. El retén antiguo es muy flexible, se puede manipular el que me enviasteis no. Si revisais vuestro correo, os mandé unas fotos hace más de una semana de los retenes destrozados. Me podríais dar una solución?? Gracias de antemano.

Hola Sergio, Tienes Razon, Acabo de recibir otra partida de los retenes y son como de goma de material mucho más flexible, se ve que fallaban y el fabricante ha echo los deberes. Ya me dices si los quieres te los envio sin cargo. Saludos. oK, te envio lo que suministran ahora, flexibles.

El producto era el descrito, pero enviado en un pésimo embalaje una simple caja de cartón (siendo ya el precio de envio algo elevado) ´ lo ,que provocó que llegara deteriorado el piñon interior y siendo imposible el montaje del mismo , reclamé via telefónica , siendo atendido amablemente se me comunica que lo devuelva (pagando yo los gastos de devolución) y que ya se procederà al envio de un nuevo producto de fàbrica , cual es mi sorpresa que recibo el mismo artículo modificado y reparado no siendo uno nuevo como se me comunicó por teléfono , encima tuve que hacer un embalaje de retorno a mida del producto devido a sus caracteristicas especiales . Todo esto se podría haber evitado con un buen embalaje del producto , ya que el producto en si reune todas las caracteristicas mencionadas . una pena de envìo por eso el motivo de 1 estrella
