Encantada de que me hayan recomendado esta tienda. Por que sí, me la recomendaron y yo la recomiendo. Cuando algo es bueno merece que la gente lo sepa.

el iPhone exteriormente esta tal como indica que iba estar un km.0...muy bien.
Interiormente tengo la sensacion que consume mucha bateria...ya que se vacia bastante pronto y tengo que cargar bastante a menudo...¿.es normal que estando a la noche sin hacer uso del movil consuma un 1% de bateria a la hora?...en 7 horas de sueño gasta +- un 7% de bateria....no se, me parece excesivo.
Espero que muy amablemente su servicio tecnico me conteste algo a mi pregunta. Gracias.

Ante todo disculpa por la tardanza en contestar.

En cuanto a la batería, es normal que consuma un porcentaje mínimo en reposo, pero no tanto.

Te aconsejamos lo siguiente:

1. Desactiva la actualización en segundo plano de las aplicaciones. Esta función permite que las aplicaciones se puedan actualizar en segundo plano, es bastante probable que esta función no sea tan necesaria y te ayudaría a aumentar la autonomía de la batería. Para esto simplemente tienes que ir a Ajustes > General > Actualizar en segundo plano. En este punto podrás desactivar esta opción por completo o solo para algunas aplicaciones.

2.Encuentra y elimina las aplicaciones que hacen un consumo excesivo de la batería. Esto lo puedes hacer a través de Ajustes > General > Uso > Uso de la batería o bien en Ajustes>Batería dependiendo de la versión de iOS.
Una vez dentro podrás ver de forma detallada las aplicaciones que más consumen batería, en el caso de que sean aplicaciones que usas poco o que no sean necesarias, lo más recomendable sería eliminarlas.
