Recibí el pedido enseguida, como no le quedaban bien hice un cambio y sin coste ninguno y al día siguiente me trajeron la nueva talla y se llevaron la otra. Servicio excelente

Con la empresa de transporte no estoy muy contenta, ya que en la página web refleja que el cliente puede elegir día y horario para la entrega del paquete, pagué más por el producto para que llegase en 24h y al dar una opción de la página web en horario de mañana, me cambiaron el día de entrega y pasó a ser de 48h dicha entrega. Estuve llamando por teléfono, en dos ocasiones me atendieron personas diferentes diciéndome que me volverían a llamar y nunca me llamaron. El servicio de paquetería llegó a las 19:15h y trabajan hasta las 19, es decir, no le dieron ninguna prioridad ni al horario de mañana ni al día que marqué.

Sin embargo con la página de la compra estoy muy contenta con la atención recibida. Muchas gracias
