Un desastre, me tenía que haber llegado hace una semana, no me ha llegado nada y he llamado varias veces a los dos teléfonos de la tienda y no tengo contestación. Más de una semana de la fecha de entrega y sigo esperando.

Estimado cliente,
la empresa de mensajería nos informó el viernes a última hora de que el pedido se ha perdido. Al final dependemos de un tercero, del partner logístico para la gestión de entrega de los pedidos. Ya le hemos comunicado esta misma mañana que le reponemos el envío hoy con un servicio 24h de forma gratuita por el inconveniente causado, para que mañana mismo lo tenga. Disculpe las molestias ocasionadas, reciba un cordial saludo.
