El diseñador es fácil de manejar para principiantes y el resultado final queda exactamente igual al diseño que se ve en pantalla al realizar el encargo. Sin duda volveré a repetir cuando quiera regalar otro ex libris.

Me resolvieron todas las dudas por teléfono y el sello quedó perfecto. Creo que tardó un poquito más de lo indicado en la web, pero aún así en un tiempo muy razonable para ser un artículo personalizado.

No recibí respuesta a una duda sobre la entrega por ninguno de los medios que ponen a disposición de los clientes. Solamente me contestaron con una frase en Whatsapp para decirme que las dudas sobre pedidos en curso era mejor dirigirlas al e-mail. Nunca me contestaron al e-mail que escribí en ese momento, ni al formulario web, ni en la página de FB.
El pedido bien, aunque el sello vino manchado de tinta azul (para la prueba en la etiqueta del sello) cuando yo había solicitado tampón de tinta negra.

El sello me ha encantado, estoy muy contenta con el resultado, lo único por mi parte a mejorar es que en la web entendí que desde que haces el pedido, lo recibes en 48/72h. Pero aún así lo he tenido en casa en menos de una semana, con fin de semana de por medio.

Hubo un error técnico por la página web, y se encargaron de llamar personalmente y subsanarlo. Además, añadieron una bolsita de regalo para "compensarlo". Estupendo ??

Muy fácil de utilizar, aunque hecho de menos un pequeño texto de ayuda, porque al cargar la imagen, no sabía que luego tenía que arrastrarla a la zona de dibujo (pensaba que ya la cargaba directamente en la zona de dibujo). Aparte de eso, muy intuitivo.
