Venden el sello urgente cobrando un plus para entregarlo al dia siguiente comprometiendose incluso a un horario y finalmente llego 24 horas tarde.

Confección del sello y envio muy rápido, en menos de una semana. El sello está perfectamente fabricado y el diseño de las letras de mi nombre me ha encantado. Lo pedí con mucha ilusión y he quedado muy contento. Para los que amamos la lectura y nuestros libros un exlibris personalizado es algo muy especial. Gracias Tuexlibris.

El pedido llegó rapidísimo y el sello, que era un ex libris personalizado, en perfectas condiciones y con muy buen acabado. Mi único fallo fue que se me pasó seleccionar que también quería tinta y he tenido que utilizar una que ya tenía y no es especialmente buena, pero aún así, el sello marca bien incluso los detalles más pequeños.

Se compró un ex libris para regalo el día 16/04 con entrega urgente 48/72 horas. A día 24/04 no nos ha llegado ni paquete ni aviso de entrega. Viene a Mallorca
Hablé con atención al cliente el martes 20/04. Me dijeron que a veces a Baleares tarda unos días más (esto no informa la web al tramitar pedido), pero tampoco me facilitaron seguimiento con transportista ni lo han hecho ustedes. Expliqué es un regalo para persona que se va día 27/04, y no sé si podremos dárselo. 5 € de gastos de envío creo que merecen más interés por una entrega bien hecha. Gracias

La tinta bien pero los sellos mal.
Me trajisteis los sellos con el color de la "tapa" rosa y yo lo pedí violeta.
El color de los sellos lo pedí violeta pero uno de ellos es azul y otro es azul-violeta.
