Llegó antes de lo esperado como me comentaron por teléfono ya que lo tenian en stock y los sobres geniales. La única pega es con Correos Express, que no se presentaron y me mandaron un mensaje de que no lo podian entregar porque no estaba, cuando no me habia movido de mi casa ni me habian llamado, al día siguiente a primera hora sin avisar lo entregaron.

No sabía que se dedican a distribuir productos de terceras empresas. He recibido los sobres de la calidad que quería pero ustedes no informan de que el fabricante es Felicia. De haberlo sabido no los hubiera comprado, pues sé que sus sobres llevan la marca en relieve, y yo lo que necesito son esos mismos sobres, pero sin hacer alusión a ninguna marca. En la foto de su tienda, o en la descripción debería informarse de dicha marca en relieve.

Gracias por dejar su valoración. Comentarle que en principio nuestro proveedor de sobres al que usted alude, nos suministraba los mismos sin esa marca, es un cambio que está introduciendo en los últimos paquetes que hemos recibido. Es por lo que en principio la web no lo avisa. Ahora estamos en conversaciones con ellos por este motivo, ya que no somos partidarios de que lleven marca, por muy pequeña que sea.

Entendemos lo que comenta por lo que nos pondremos en contacto con usted, si quiere tramitar la devolución.
