La verdad que en cuanto al envio tardo algo más de la cuenta porque no teniais el material en ese momento y no me gusto mucho pagar un envio de 24 o 48 horas si al final hay que esperial la disponibilidad del material, ademas al estar la semana santa de por medio tardo algo mas de 7 u 8 días, la atención recibida muy buena eso si.

El envío fatal, del producto aún no tengo opinión, porque han pasado 6 días desde la fecha en que debería haber recibido el envío y aún no me lo han traído. Correos Express es la empresa de mensajería.

Su pedido salió de nuestro almacén en el plazo previsto. El retraso en la entrega se ha debido a un problema de la empresa de mensajería, ya hemos contactado con ellos y nos han informado que tuvieron problemas para efectuar la entrega en 24 horas.

Lamentamos este inconveniente y ya hemos comunicado nuestra queja a la empresa de mensajería.
