Hola María,

por lo que comentas, es posible que el dispensador esté obstruido.

Los ingredientes naturales tienden a solidificarse y separarse un poco si se ha acumulado algo de producto en el conducto. Con las bajas temperaturas, también podrían solidificarse y provocar un atasco dentro de la boquilla.

Prueba estos consejos, a ver si el problema desaparece:

- Pon el producto en un lugar cálido (+18ºC) durante unas 8 horas, o ponlo suavemente a calentar al baño maría.

- Luego agita muy bien el producto para facilitar la mezcla homogénea de los ingredientes, usa el chorro de agua para intentar desobstruir, y entonces prueba a usarlo de nuevo.
