El cristal está bastante bien de tamaño. Aun no hemos podido comprobar si realmente funciona. Lo que habría que mejorar, y bastante, es la traducción de las instrucciones de funcionamiento.

Estoy encantada con esta mochila, no sólo porque puedo ir tranquila por ser antirrobo sino porque tiene un tamaño ideal y un montón de bolsillos. El bolsillo que está en la espalda es perfecto para llevar el móvil y la cartera porque va escondido pero puedes cogerlas las cosas sin tener que quitarte la mochila.

Compré el producto desde la República Dominicana, donde vivo, y seleccioné la tienda porque es la más cercana a la casa de mi hermana. Hubiera agradecido poder tener alguna vía de comunicación (24 horas, para no tener limitaciones por la diferencia horaria) que me hubiese podido negociar con ustedes algún plazo más rapido, dada la cercania de la tienda al punto de entrega (a pie como 5 minutos) ya que finalmente el regalo a mi sobrina le llegó días después de su cumple.

Buenos días,
Sentimos no haber cubierto sus expectativas, pero nos resulta imposible ofrecer un servicio de atención directa de 24 horas, hemos visto que el pedido se hizo en fin de semana cuando no hay servicio ni de recogida ni de reparto, de haber sabido su urgencia (aunque sea a través de las observaciones del pedido o bien vía mail) y dada la cercanía de la tienda por supuesto hubiésemos hecho lo posible por acelerar el proceso. Agradecemos mucho su opinión, si alguna vez necesita algo, por favor no dude en enviarnos un mensaje, un cordial saludo
