El envío ha dejado mucho que desear y no han enviado todo lo comprado. Tras reclamarlo, nos han engañado diciendo que iban a enviar el resto del pedido y tras semana y media no ha llegado nada.

Siento que le faltara la espátula, se la reenviamos por carta pero estos días de estado de alarma correos va saturado y lleva retraso. Cómo ya le indiqué le hemos abonado la espátula y puede colocar el vinilo con una targeta o trapo. Perdone las molestias.

Tardaron una semana más en enviar el pedido y cuando llegó no estaba completo. Reclamé que me enviaran la parte que faltaba y me dijeron que lo enviaban por correo inmediatamente. Después de semana y media, reclamo y me dicen que hay problemas y me devuelven el dinero.

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
Over 51,800 orders delivered, 5,550 verified reviews and 94% of customers who recommend us. Free shipping from €69 and invoicing available for educational centres and public organisations.
