Hola German, tomamos nota de su comentario, y trasladaremos al equipo su opinión para mejorar esta circunstancia en lo posible. Enviar mobiliario a nivel nacional en algunas ocasiones suele tener esas consecuencias, por eso tenemos aseguradas todas las mercancías contra cualquier percance en los envíos, y tramitamos de manera ágil cualquier incidencia.

Revisaremos la web, porque los mensajes están automatizados. En cuanto a los plazos son siempre aproximados, nunca exactos. Las instrucciones suelen ser suficientes para el montaje de nuestro material. En cuanto a la calidad, comentar que los artículos se ajustan bastante bien a relación calidad-precio.
