Hubo un retraso de un producto y Rafael fue súper amable explicándomelo y pidiendo disculpas. Las infusiones llegaron perfectamente. Incluso enviaron un detalle por no haber cumplido con las 48 horas de envío.

El embalaje es excelente. Bien acomodado dentro de la caja y con la tarjeta de agradecimiento que es todo un detalle. Además de incluir de regalo muestras que están muy buenas. No sé puede pedir nada más. No compro café ni té en ningún otro lado desde hace un año.
