Ojalá tuviéramos la posibilidad, pero por costes y márgenes no podemos actualmente. Lo que sí hemos hecho es bajar el precio del envío casi a la mitad con mucho esfuerzo por nuestra parte.

Buenos días Rafael,

Queremos aclarar que nuestro horario de atención al cliente es de Lunes - Viernes 9:00-14:30. Por lo que si nos llamas fuera de horario no podremos atender tu llamada. Por otro lado, el correo con tu consulta lo recibimos ayer por la tarde y hoy será respondido. Rogamos paciencia.

Por otro lado, como sabes, el pedido que realizaste consta de una reserva de un producto el cual aún no disponemos en stock. En cuanto llegue se enviará el pedido con la mayor urgencia posible.

Toda la información sobre la reserva y los tiempo de entrega viene bien explicado en la descripción del propio producto, y esta fecha es una estimación sujeta a posibles cambios.

Siempre que necesites información sobre tu reserva puedes escribirnos a [email protected] y te atenderemos con gusto. No tengas dudas de que recibirás el producto que has pagado.

Todo perfecto! Pero recomiendo que os curreis un poco el packaging, y deis alguna cosilla de regalo, algunas pegatinas o algo, porque la web y el instagram lo teneis super chulo, pero el packaging es un pelín austero.

La calidad de las matriculas es muy buena, 0 quejas.
