Gracias por su opinión. Sentimos que el color de la tela no fue el que esperaba. Las fotos de la tela Rustika Dustin están hechas por el mismo fabricante y son las mismas que ellos tienen en su web. Igualmente vamos a pasar un filtro para asegurarnos que las fotos reflejen el color real de la tela de la mejor manera posible.

Hola. Me ha parecido todomuy bien: Rapidez en el envio, la tela seleccionada es la que me han enviado y atención personalizada a la hora del envío ya que me llamaron al no encontrar mi domicilio y asi pude recibir mi envio correctamente.

Gracias por su comentario. Lo sentimos si la tela que compró no era la que esperaba del todo después de ver la foto en la web. Las fotos que ponemos en la web tienen bastante zoom para que se vea mejor el grabado y la textura que tienen. Estamos mejorando las fotos para intentar conseguir que éstas reflejen de la mejor manera cómo es la tela, ya sea el color, el grabado o la textura.

Estoy muy satisfecha de la compra, las telas parecen estupendas y aun sabiendo que en la foto puede variar algo los tonos, se aproximan muchísimo o casi exacto al real. Me han sorprendido gratamente.El envio en el plazo previsto. Desde luego aconsejo esta pagina y solo me queda ver el resultado de las telas con el tiempo que espero sea el esperado.

Las telas no tienen nada que ver con las que pedí. Era el mismo modelo pero, ni el tejido ni el color se correspondían con las fotos de la web.

Gracias por tus comentarios. Lo sentimos si el color que viste en la web no era exactamente el color de la tela que esperabas. Es muy difícil que el tono del color se vea perfectamente en todos los casos ya que depende de las resoluciones de las pantallas y aún es más complicado si son colores neutros, como era en tu caso. En relación al modelo, al ser una loneta, la tela que compraste, es un tejido bastante estándar. ¿La quería más rígida o para exterior? Las lonetas no son como otras telas que efectivamente la textura y la composición del tejido son más complejas y, por lo tanto, hace que sea más difícil saber como será la tela final.
