Quizas que me ha faltado el haber podido ver en mano el producto en cuanto al color y la textura del tejido,tendrían que tener la opción de mandar muestras pagando el cliente dicho envío.por lo demás todo perfecto.gracias

Gracias por su comentario. Somos conscientes que escoger una tela por Internet es muy complicado por lo que estamos estudiando incorporar el envío de muestras. De hecho, ya hemos a empezado a gestionar el envío de muestras de algunas telas. Como ya exponemos en las FAQ, si quieren una muestra se pueden poner en contacto con nosotros y valoraremos si es posible. Nos alegramos que quedara satisfecho con el pedido en general.

Gracias por su comentario. Sentimos que recibiera su pedido en estas condiciones. Lógicamente, el pedido tiene que llegar en perfecto estado, y si por factores externos no es así, lo tenemos que solucionar. Para esto, nos lo hubiera tenido que notificar en el momento que se lo entregaron, para que nosotros lo pudiéramos reclamar a la empresa de transporte y, si era necesario, cambiarle la tela sin coste alguno. Igualmente vamos a hablar con ellos para hacer todo lo posible para que no vuelva a suceder y que todos los pedidos lleguen en perfecto estado.

La tela venía rasgada, rota prácticamente en un tamaño de unos 10 cms en la zona lateral pegado al pespunte.

Gracias por su comentario. Nos sabe fatal que haya recibido la tela rasgada cómo indica. Justo al verlo debería haber contactado con nosotros para poder arreglarselo. Le puedo confirmar que cuando las telas salen de nuestra almacén, salen en perfectas condiciones. Por eso es importante que justo al ver la tara se hubiera puesto en contacto con nosotros para ver si durante el transporte la tela le hubiera pasado algo y así contactar con la agencia para ver que había pasado y poder hacerles una reclamación y así como poder solventar el problema de la tela con usted. Sentimos que en este caso no haya podido ser así y nos reuniremos con nuestra empresa de transporte para evitar que vuelva a suceder.
