Bastante decepcionado, lo compro porque se vende como un aceite neutro para masaje, de grado medicinal con limón y cuando lo recibo el principal ingrediente es parafina pura, la verdad de es que no se que hacer ahora con el, pero de medicinal no tiene absolutamente nada, por lo menos la base podría ser de almendras.

Sobre tu opinión, efectivamente la base de nuestros aceites minerales es el paraffinum liquidum, lo que se conoce en farmacopea como aceite blanco medicinal.

A diferencia del aceite de almendras, que podría llegar a producir alergias en personas con intolerancias a los frutos secos, el aceite mineral resulta totalmente inocuo para el organismo. Es por ello que se utiliza ampliamente en aplicaciones muy diversas, no solo en la cosmética o en alimentación, sino incluso en medicina.

También es verdad que este ingrediente procede de refinados del petróleo por lo que el origen de esta materia prima está estrictamente regulado para usos como el farmacéutico o cosmético.

El producto que utilizamos para nuestros aceites minerales es de calidad farmacopea, para asegurar que la calidad del ingrediente sea completamente segura para nuestros usuarios. De ahí que indiquemos aceite de grado medicinal.

Hola buen día,
Habría que indicar que el proceso online, a mi parecer, es lento. Ya que desde que se realiza la compra, Jueves 30 Abril a las 23:57h, no se realiza la preparación en curso hasta el Martes 5 de Mayo, y el transporte nos llegó el Sábado 9 de Mayo.
Casi todas las compras realizadas online suelen tardar en total 1 semana, hasta tener el producto en la tienda.

Buenos días Cristobal, lamentamos mucho lo ocurrido. Hemos consultado con el transporte y ha habido algún error porqué no han realizado la entrega. Lo estamos intentando solucionar con la mayor brevedad. Lamentablemente no siempre podemos controlar que el transporte transcurra con normalidad.

Llevo años usando esta crema y me gusta mucho, aunque hace unos meses que hemos observado con mis compañeros que la hacen más "ligera" quiero decir que necesitas utilizar mucha más crema para un mismo uso, como si fuera para que consumamos más.

No he disfrutado todavia del pedido porque hicieron caso omiso del aviso que puse en los comentarios de que me llamaran antes de venir porque estamos cerrados y vivo a 20 kms y se han presentado 3 veces ya justo cuando no estoy...
