La entrega y el tiempo perfectos, pero la descripción del producto da a errores, no se especifica sin son de extensión larga o corta, estas servidas son de larga, para personas que caminan asiduamente, yo necesita las otras, pero bueno las guardaré para cuando la persona que las usa las pueda llevar correctamente

Estoy muy descontenta, en primer lugar, el pedido llegó al centro comercial pero a otra tienda, no al gimnasio donde lo solicite. Llamé a TELIC para que me lo llevaran al gimnasio y no volvi a saber nada. Tuve que ir yo a la tienda y subir 2 pisos cargada... cuando abri el pedido el aceite estaba abierto y TODO manchado de aceite. Una verguenza
No creo que vuelva a pediros nada.. es vergonzoso
En el pedido anterior se equivocaron y en vez de a la direccion de envío, lo mandaron a la de facturacion (cuando seleccione que eran distintas)
En otro, se retrasaron unos 5/10 dias en la entrega
Conclusion: cuando se termine el pedido intentaré cambiar a otro porque la entrega es VERGONZOSA.

Buenas tardes Maria, lamento mucho leer las incidencias que han ocurrido en tu pedido, y en tus anteriores pedidos como indicas.
Vamos a contactar contigo por teléfono para proceder a la reposición de los productos que vinieron abiertos y manchados.

De nuevo lamento mucho lo ocurrido, la verdad es que son casos puntuales en que por fallo nuestro o por fallo del transporte, los pedidos no llegan en correctas condiciones a su destino o no llegan a la dirección correcta. Aunque sean casos puntuales, tratamos cada uno de ellos de forma directa para procurar que todos los pedidos puedan llegar a tiempo y en buenas condiciones a vuestros centros.

Agradecemos tu opinión de la misma forma que agradecemos las opiniones positivas, es la única y mejor forma que tenemos de conocer nuestros puntos de mejora.
