Me enviaron un informe Según el cual no aparecía la moto en tráfico. Tuve que ir a otra empresa y entonces me enviaron un informe en el cual SÍ aparecen el vehículo en tráfico. Por email solo me indicaron que eso era lo que aparecía en tráfico. No os recomendaría

Muy bien, lo único que necesito localizar al propietario que consta ya que este coche fue vendido hace 9 años y no puedo hacer nada por no tener los papeles.

El envío fue relativamente rápido, alrededor de 19 horas, pero no enviaron el informe completo del vehículo como se anuncia en su web, sino un informe técnico que sirve para bien poco.
He contactado con ellos varias veces, tanto por correo electrónico, como mediante WhatsApp y llamadas telefónicas y sus respuestas, cuando las dan, son evasivas y poco concretas.
Sin duda es una web que, basado en mi experiencia, NO RECOMIENDO a nadie.

No existe un informe peor por tanto dinero, no viene prácticamente nada y después de pagar 13 euros la sensación que me queda es la de haber sido estafado.

Estimado cliente, la anotación relativa a kilómetros la realiza la ITV, el motivo de que no conste esa información en el informe que remitimos el día 6 de marzo, es por que el vehículo en cuestión NO tiene ITV en vigor por ende no constan los Kilómetros última inspección técnica.
Realizar una valoración del servicio negativa sin conocer los mecanismos que aportan la información no perjudica nuestro servicio,si dice mucho de su criterio a la hora de valorar el servicio.
Le recomendamos contacte con soporte de la empresa para que le explique lo aspectos técnicos del informe,un cordial saludo.
