Pedido realizado a 8 de marzo,hoy a 27 de marzo no ha llegado.Independientemente de la huelga de transporte por la que debo ser más paciente y comprensiva,creo que ya debería haber llegado porque he realizado otros pedidos a otras webs y ya han llegado.
El trato al cliente bien,te llaman y te explican que es por la huelga que no pueden hacer más,yo creo que algo más sí podrían hacer,por lo menos localizar el paquete o algo.Creo que la espera es excesiva y no vale que ahora me digan que me pudiesen hacer una devolución como solución porque la perdida de tiempo generada es amplia y pedir ahora otra en otro sitio me generaría más espera aún.

La atención tienda muy buena, sin embargo la fecha de entrega aún no se ha hecho efectiva a fecha de hoy con lo cual no se cumplen los plazos de entrega estimados por el vendedor.
