Envío: peor no pésimo estuve en contacto con ellos por whatsapp y no sabían solucionar el problema con lo que el pedido llegó fuera de fecha y tuve que comprar otro en unos grandes almacenes para que mi sobrino saliese con su trajecito.
Me mentían todo el rato y lo llevaré a consumo.

Answer Todo Para Mi Bebe
Usted a elegido opción de envío 72h lo cual para el cambio teniamos tiempo. le llego su paquete a los 72h laborales cambiado , no es motivo de ponerse asi , asi es cuando se compra todo a la última hora. Si usted elige envio 24h es otra cosa . Nunca se le a mentido . habido fiesta nacional y este dia no cuenta. Lunes día 12 hizo usted el pedido , se a enviado mismo día le llego en miercoles , por un error nuestro , y en viernes ya tuvo su cambio con conjunto correcto. contamos sin jueves 15 que era fiesta . son 72h . Mejor elegir 24h en estos casos de bulla. Saludos y disculpas.

El pedido llegó mal y el cambio se hizo muy tarde, me tocó comprar otro en un centro comercial.
La atención por whatsapp fue rápida pero con mentiras tras mentiras diciendo que era culpa del transporte, luego que fábrica estaba cerrada y en la web ponía que tenían 7...en fin ya no sabía que más mentiras contarme y tengo como demostrarlo.
Les he pedido hoja de reclamación y no me han mandado nada, me tocará ir a consumo y llevar todo para que estas cosas no nos sucedan a los compradores.
Ahora me llega un correo para dar mi opinión y me pone “Hola Elena” vamos que no dan ni una porque me llamo Concepcion

Por razones ajenas a la tienda el pedido tardó en llegar pero en todo momento estuvieron muy atentos y en contacto conmigo.Incluso han cambiado la empresa de paquetería a raíz del problema.
