pagué casi diez euros de gastos de envío y me llegó tarde, puesto que lo pedí el jueves por la tarde y me llegó el lunes cuando como máximo me debería de haber llegado el sábado .

Sentimos mucho las molestias en la entrega. Solamente explicarle que como usted realizó el pedido el jueves 15/02 a las 18h35, no pudo salir hasta el viernes. y desgraciadamente como MRW no entregan los sábados, se le entregó el lunes, ya que entregan los envíos en 24-48h en días habiles. Sentimos de verdad lo que ha sucedido, y pondremos de forma más clara en nuestra web que no se entregan pedidos los sábados para no llevar a posibles equivocaciones. Un saludo cordial.

Me enviaron la caja rota. Hablé con vuestro chat diciéndome que obtendría una respuesta al problema y no me contestaron nunca. Tuve q volver a escribirte, esta vez por email a través del cual, finalmente, recibí respuesta. Me volvieron a enviar una caja que también se encontraba defectuosa pero ya desistí de volver a comentaríamos.
De ahí mi valoración.
