Nous avons commandé un camion de toros et les petits corrales pour mon fils qui avait déjà la petite arène.
Nous sommes ravis et lui aussi. Jouets de très bonne qualité et plutôt réaliste.

Hola, me llego mi pedido. Solo que falto el muñeco de torero y sobra un DVD con el juego torero y una pulsera del cartel de la ultima corrida en Barcelona de JT. Estos dos artículos no me interesan. quiero el que pedi.

Tal y como se lo hemos comentado por telefono, el juego y la pulsera de cartel fueron enviados como cortesía por ser un cliente habitual de nuestra tienda, como agradecimiento. Envió de maravilla. Excelente la atención. Único problema: los zapatos no me quedan nada. Me he llevado 42 por años, aún este mismo estilo. Me quedan como 40/41. Debo de tener 43, y nunca he llevado este tamaño.

Enteramente demasiado pequeños. Francamente, me quedan mal y demasiado justos hasta no quedarme. Me he comprado muchos zapatos en España por 30 años y nunca un 42 me ha quedado así. Ya no hay más de este modelo y no tengo alternativa. Efectivamente, los he comprado y pagado por el envío y son inútiles. Siento, pero es la verdad.

En primer lugar sentimos mucho saber que la compra no ha sido de su total agrado. Nuestra máxima premisa es siempre la satisfacción al cliente, pero también que nuestros compradores tengan la certeza de que el producto que ven en la web es el recibirán en su casa.

Si bien es cierto que la imagen del reloj no hace ninguna referencia al gran Manolete, si lo es que es un fiel reflejo de lo que se muestra en la web. Es un reloj exacto al de la fotografía. La referencia al Manolete en su nombre es nuestro humilde homenaje a la figura del toreo, no se trata de un producto oficial. Respecto al logo, todos nuestros productos llevan la imagen de nuestra marca patentada como símbolo de calidad y autenticidad.
Sentimos mucho saber que el producto no es el que esperaba, pero es exactamente el producto que ve en la fotografía.
