Pide un toro de peluche que esta marcado como enviado desde el 15 de diciembre, pero nunca llego. Estoy muy decepcionado por el servicio de su compañia. Espero recibir el reembolso de este producto lo antes posible. Me pueden llamar al 00 33 6 58 33 30 04 si tienen mas informacions a proposito de este envio.

Hola
Su pedido fue comprado en Tiendatoro y se envió el 15 de diciembre, al día siguiente de recibir su pedido, le enviamos el número de franqueo de correos que es RF065405897ES, a nosotros no nos ha venido devuelto, por tanto dabamos por hecho que se había entregado al no recibir noticias suyas, nosotros enviamos el pedido como eligió, por correos y una vez sale de España no podemos seguir la ruta del paquete.
El día 21 de diciembre salió a origen por tanto todavía se lo pueden entregar, correos en estas fechas funciona mal y no nos podemos hacer responsable de su demora, si usted quiere puede esperar y si la semana que viene no se lo entregan le devolveremos el dinero, pero si una vez devuelto el importe de su pedido le es entregado rogariamos nos devolviera el paquete
Puede ir a la oficina de correos de su localidad y preguntar por el paquete dando el número facilitado, esperamos su respuesta para proceder como nos indique
