Servicio muy rápido, pero con un gran fallo. Envié dos paquetes que eran para regalo e incluí un mensaje en cada uno de ellos. Dichos mensajes no se incluyeron en ninguno de los dos envíos, con lo cual, los receptores, no supieron de quién era dicho paquete. Importante corregir esto. Gracias!

Tardaba mucho en llegar. Llamé para saber el motivo. Se había enviado a otra localidad a 17km.
Yo no me puedo desplazar y no podían hacer nada para enviarlo a la dirección que yo había indicado.
Después de varios días de llamadas,sin ninguna solución, una persona de mi confianza, se ofreció para traerlo.
No estoy nada satisfecha.
