He ido a merendar hoy y súper bien, el helado de chocolate espectacular, la chica súper atenta, amable y rápida. Un gustazo. Los turrones de esta marca siempre están en mi casa en Navidades y son una pasada !

Todo perfecto, el pedido era para llevar al extranjero un pedacito de Alicante y sé que todos quedarán encantados. En cuanto a la atención al cliente, muy personalizada: Hice un pedido de 16 turrones y desabasteci al propietario, por lo que al siguiente día me llamó para disculparse y ofrecerme un cambio de producto por uno mejor, aunque más pequeño, me devolvió la diferencia de precio y me dió un detallito por las molestas, tras aceptar su ofrecimiento, esa misma tarde tenía el pedido en casa. Todo un acierto de compra.

Aunque no había mucha variedad, los helados estaban buenos, pero el local daba pena: los aseos sucios, sin papel, todo desordenado, sin gusto... Experiencia decepcionante.

El tema de los aseos en un día de mucha afluencia no es culpa nuestra ,la gente de otros locales se metía en las aseos y no nos daba tiempo a limpiar y ordenarlo
