Buenas tardes. En primer lugar quería pedirles disculpas por la tardanza en contestar.
Tengo que decirles que he probado varios años otras empresas de turrones "artesanos" y este año hemos quedado encantados con su producto. Primero la atención excepcional y el porte sin problemas. La forma tan delicada y meticulosa en que han mandados los productos ya habla muy bien de su empresa. Y los turrones y polvorones excepcionales. Han hecho ustedes una clienta ya para muchos años.

Buenos días:
En el mail que me envía la empresa transportista, GLS, me consta a día de hoy, 6 de Enero, que el paquete está en Alemania, en el centro de distribución.
Teniendo en cuenta que el paquete fue enviado desde Alicante el 19 de Diciembre, el retraso en la entrega es muy considerable.
Deberían mejorar los plazos de entrega, evidentemente. Se entiende que puede haber un retraso y no llegar antes de las fiestas de nochebuena, pero sigue sin llegar y han pasado más de diez días desde entonces, casi veinte desde que se envió.

Hola, siento las molestias, hemos enviado un mensaje a gls reclamando el envio, estamos a la espera de contestacion ,cuando nos digan algo se lo comunicaremos.
La verdad que este año los envios internacionales estan dando bastante que hacer, intentamos hacerlo lo mejor posible. Un saludo

El paquete no ha llegado, y la empresa Genei me ha enviado un email diciendo que "hay un incidente tipo E", sin más explicación. Ni Genei ni Zeleris permiten contacto en su sistema. El paquete debía entregarse en la Seguridad a la entrada del Rockefeller Building, University College London, y no ha sido así. Lo peor: la falta de explicación y el que la empresa de transporte no haya contactado con nosotros. He encontrado una dirección de email ([email protected]) y les he comunicado mi disgusto. Espero que el asunto se arregle pronto. Y lo más importante, que alguien nos diga algo.
