Compré una vinoteca (La Sommeliere LS 24A) el viernes 22 de diciembre por la tarde y el día 26 me respondieron para decirme que el pedido se haría al día siguiente porque ese era festivo en Cataluña. La compra me llegó el día 29 en perfecto estado y sin ningún problema.
He de decir que me ha salido bastante más barata que en cualquier otra tienda.

Bonita y no demasiado aparatosa.
Con las estanterias entran unas 30 botellas.
Me gustaria que el panel de control no se bloquera automaticamente.

El soporte superior de la puerta estaba doblado y la puerta suelta, afortunadamente la pude reparar.
El que sea un producto "outlet" no debe significar que éste lo envíen averiado.

Buenos días, por lo que indica en su comentario, parece ser que la vinoteca a recibido algún golpe durante el envío, porque le podemos asegurar que nosotros no enviamos nada en mal estado. En este caso, debería habernos llamado nada más recibirla, para que nosotros podamos hacer la pertinente reclamación a la empresa de transporte, y al mismo tiempo darle una solución, bien enviándole al servicio técnico para que se la repare o procediendo al cambio si fuera necesario.
Lamentamos mucho el incidente y esperamos que comprenda que estos incidentes son ajenos a nuestra voluntad.

Es una gran vinoteca.... al principio parece que nunca las vas a llenar pero se llena..... Es bastante silenciosa. Yo la tengo en el saón junto al sofá y no me molesta. Es espaciosa y volumiinosa.... Necesitas tener un espacio ancho para ponerla. A mi me ha sorprendido y llegó en perfecto estado. Os la recomiendo... si aun queda alguna en oferta.

Pues ha sido una compra fantástica, hasta ahora, lo mismo mañana la vinoteca pega una explosión y me quedo sin vinoteca, sin vino y sin casa. Pero no, por ahora va de fábula. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido la vinoteca, no es nueva pero como si lo fuera, viene perfecta. Antes de comprar llamé al teléfono que ponía en la web y el chaval que me atendió fue súper simpático y me aclaró todas las dudas. Me encanta. Recomiendo que compréis si tenéis ganas de una vinoteca. Yo iba detrás de una hace mucho tiempo y este comercio me ha impulsado a dar el salto a tener en casa vino como Dios manda........ Gracias amigos.... Ya os he recomendado a mis amigos y también están flipando…. :>)
