El articulo correcto, justo de medida pero bien. Es importante tener las tallas reales por marca y en centimetros, minimiza el error y las devoluciones.
El envio correcto de precio pero prodría ser mas rápido, digamos que es aceptable.

Lamentamos muchísimo lo que ha ocurrido en su pedido. Su pedido debería haber salido ese día pero tuvimos un error de stock y pensaba que nos iba a llegar al día siguiente, pero debido a los festivos no fue así y se nos olvidó avisarte. Le pedimos sinceras disculpas. Después decidió no esperar y se le reembolsó el dinero enseguida que lo pidió. Ojalá pueda volver a confiar en nosotros para comprobar que somos serios pero todo el mundo puede tener errores. Lamentamos nuestro error

El pedido llegó perfectamente y en el plazo correcto. En todo momento me fueron informando sobre el estado del mismo.
Los zapatos perfectos.
En cuanto a la atención al cliente, no he necesitado contactar con ellos, por lo que no puedo opinar.

Pues nunca recibí el pedido, pero en cuanto a la tienda, no aconsejo para nada comprar aquí, me "vendieron" estas zapatillas de deporte, me llegó un email de mrw diciendo que había sido enviado, que en 1 o 2 días laborales llegaría. Pasado 4 o 5 días y gracias a que tengo una amiga que trabaja en mrw, me entero que se canceló el envío. Llamé a la tienda o el teléfono que me dieron de contacto y me dicen que se canceló porque no había stock. Ni un email, ni una llamada para decirme que no había stock. Desde luego como empresa dejaron mucho que desear, IMCOMPETENTES. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Un regalo de Reyes que no se hizo.
