Hice el pedido y resulto que era pequeño el zapato a pesar de coger un numero más (los pekes mandan en cuanto a comodidad), tramité la devolución y solicité un nuevo zapato que me llego de inmediato. El contacto con la tienda y su personal para tramitar y hacer las gestiones fue exquisito y muy amable en todo momento. Estoy encantada con el producto, la rapidez de devolución y entrega y la amabilidad de los mensajes recibidos. A pesar de la distancia pienso seguir comprando!!! Gracias por todo!!!
