Hola Isabel. Gracias y disculpe las molestias. En estas sandalias y en algunos otras que no tenemos en nuestros almacenes de Móstoles y Fuenlabrada, solo damos un tipo de envío, que es de 1 a 8 días por Correos. Su pedido se realizó el 2 de Julio y se entregó el 9 de Julio por este motivo por lo que le llegó justo a los 7 días. Le aseguramos que normalmente suele llegar antes y además deja elegir envíos más rápidos como MRW que le llegan al día siguiente laborable. Sobre el servicio mal puntuado, no tenemos registrado ninguna llamada suya ni ningún e-mail. Le aseguramos que intentamos realizar el servicio más rápido y mejor posible. En este caso hemos cumplido con los tiempos de envío pero lamentamos que no le haya satisfecho. Por otra parte, realizamos los envíos desde Móstoles y a usted se le entregó en Madrid Capital, pero igualmente el envío suele tardar 1 día laborable a cualquier parte de la península tanto por Correos como por MRW. Ojalá pueda volver a confiar en nosotros. Gracias por valorar nuestro servicio y disculpe las molestias
