Muy mala experiencia. Compré 5 chanclas todas en la web, una de ellas no la tienen y me enteré porque llamé a los días preocupada por no recibir mi envío y nisiquiera me avisan, el envío era 24 horas y tardan más de una semana en enviarlo y después de recibirlo hay otra chancla más que no me envían, total muy decepcionada la verdad. Al final he tenido que ir a otra tienda a comprarle a mis tres niños el calzado.

Buenas tardes Soledad.....Gracias por su valoración y sinceras disculpas. Tal como hemos comentado por teléfono, y al haberle dado explicaciones de lo ocurrido, lo sentimos profundamente. El fallo de una unidad provocó que no le enviáramos el resto del pedido a tiempo. Ojalá pueda volver a confiar en nosotros para que compruebe que lo habitual es que los pedidos lleguen correctamente.
