El envío bien, necesito hacer una devolución y tras escribir mails y llamar, ser atendida por una chica que parecía molestarle mi consulta, sigo sin solución. Espero que se resuelva pronto. De momento el servicio de atención al cliente funciona regular.

Me llegó la pala con un desperfecto, tenia una espécie de efecto sonajero en su interior y era muy incómodo jugar con ella. Literalmente tenia 30 minutos de uso pero no me la querian cambiar asi que me hicieron enviarla a su tienda otra vez ( lo que en mi caso me costó unos 7€) , e iniciaron un proceso de garantia, muy lento por cierto. En definitiva, tengo la sensación que no comprobaron el producto antes de enviarlo ya que el desperfecto es evidente con un par de golpes o sacudidas. He tenido problemas con otras tiendas pero ha sido mucho mas facil el intercambio (en 24h tenia un repartidor con una pala nueva en la puerta para cambiar por mi antigua con desperfecto).

Por otro lado, el envio por su parte fue rápido.

Sentimos el problema Marc, todos nuestros productos se revisan SIEMPRE antes de salir para comprobar que están perfectos antes de enviar. El problema que nos indicas es un poco de pegamento en el interior de la pala que se ha despegado, es un problema que en ocasiones ocurre pero hasta que la pala no se usa, ese pegamento no se desprende, el algo que no podemos gestionar de otra forma... una vez recibimos la mercancía si ha sido usada nos lo tiene que aprobar la marca, si no hubiese estado abierta te la hubiésemos cambiado sin problema.... sentimos las molestias

Recibí uno de los productos con una talla equivocada a la que pedí (pedí una camiseta XL y me llegó una L) he intentado varias veces reportarlo por e-mail y nunca he recibido ni siquiera una respuesta, esto hace que la próxima vez me decante mejor por otras tiendas en las que se me responda a mis dudas que pueda plantearles.
