Mi opinión es la siguiente. Pedí un alternador de 2,8 kva (Modelo B9) y como no tenían me mandaron un alternador de 3,5 kva eso si pagando la diferencia de precio. O sorpresa recibo el alternador de 3,5 kva pero el modelo j609a el que no avía pedido, llamo para reclamar y me preguntan para que motor es le digo que eso no importa que yo le he podido el B9 y no el j609a pues el señor me pidió que le mandara la foto del motor por que no estaba convencido. Bueno para concluir si un cliente pide un modelo en este caso el B9 al vendedor no le importa lo que el cliente va hacer con el.Ahora toca esperar que me manden el alternador que he pedido (B9) cuando ello quieran. Estoy muí descontento.

Tras la conversación mantenida con usted hemos concretado que le vamos a enviar el alternador correcto siendo de mas potencia asumiendo nosotros el incremento de precio y transporte a coste cero por las molestias causadas.
Esperamos que la solución a la que hemos llegado por ambas partes haya sido de su agrado y que vuelva a confiar en nosotros para una futura compra.

Al principio todo correcto pero a la hora del envío un desastre totalmente el paquete casi perdido etc.Y también pregunté si estaba todo preparado para montarlo y me dijeron que si y cuando recibí los paquetes faltaban unos tornillos...

Embalaje mejorable: caja reutilizada de detergente, redutor viene correcto en su caja y plastificado, el motor suelto entre tiras de papel. Motor y reductor vienen por separado, sin montar.
Llamé para pedir información técnica y me comentaron que la persona que me tenía que atender no podía y que me devolvería la llamada. No hubo respuesta.
